For the last two weeks, I’ve been following my protocol with only one exception. I used to beat myself up if I made a “mistake” but now I’ve been managing my mind and feeling so great about how I was able to “fall off the wagon” without it being a major crisis that “required” eating all the things!
My struggle is I have not lost any weight. I have never felt this good about my eating choices and exercise and my overall treatment of myself but something isn’t working. I’ve heard Brooke talk about sometimes people will not lose any weight and then suddenly lose a bunch.
So my question is do I need to change the A-line or trust the process and continue as is? Or put another way, if we believe we are doing the work but aren’t seeing the results we want, how soon should we try something new?
