More technical than thinking. My stomach is a delicate flower. I can’t drink coffee with out creamer with out feeling nauseous and I can’t eat dairy. Brooke suggested using whole cream in coffee if you have to have something in it. My usual creamer has 9g of sugar per cup, and I use about 1/4 cup in my coffee. What fatty/low sugar non dairy creamer should I use? Coconut cream?
