Weight lost

Hi, I’m new to scholars and working extremely hard on my goal of losing 8 lbs. This morning I was hard on myself. I got on the scale with not much movement on the lbs. Also, the pants that I wore didn’t help. I felt discouraged and I told myself “fat.” My question is how can I be kind to myself in this situation? How do I move forward knowing that I’ve been making tremendous progress. Please help!
