I fast for 20-22 hours each day. I eat very clean. I don’t have urges, binges, or other struggles when it comes to food. For the sake of this question if we could consider that my menu is optimal that might be helpful.
When I originally increased my fasting period I noticed a steady decline in my weight. I now notice that my weight is staying the same, although visibly there is still some extra weight on my body.
I love my body and am both grateful and happy with exactly where it is. I am wondering if there is something more that is needed to again jumpstart the weight decline. I exercise 4-5x each week, just as I have for a very long time, and (again) I eat a comfortable but not excessive amount of clean food in my 2-4 hour window.
