I’ve been in SCS for 7 months and trying to lose weight. I’ve lost 7 pounds and made progress with evening eating–I am able to stay on protocol for long stretches at a time. But then every three weeks-ish I give in to comfort eating/buffering in the face of an extra stressful week or event. I think this is why my weight loss is so slow.
I’ve had good luck with Weight Watchers in the past and lost and kept off weight with that and am wondering if this could be a useful addition to what I am doing since I think the way I have my protocol structured (heavy cream and coffee for breakfast, salad with dressing and protein for lunch, meat with vegetables and butter for dinner) is not shifting the weight as quickly.
