I’ve been making and honoring a daily protocol and truly enjoying it. Who knew? I have one treat a week and that feels like plenty. The rest of the time, I eat good, home-cooked food, plenty of fat and protein, and lots of vegetables. And with very little effort, about 10 pounds has melted off.
Today by chance I saw a video I made in October and then one I made just yesterday and I thought: Wow: welcome back, cheekbones.
About 25 pounds to go for my IG but I’m celebrating this milestone on the road. I decided I wanted this to be easy and self-loving, and it has been; I plan for it to continue this way. I love that I can decide this.
