I’m a lifelong introvert, not really comfortable around new people. Social settings are exhausting for me, and I get super nervous when I’m put on the spot and have to think off the top of my head. When working toward my goals I feel as though my introverted nature is a powerful obstacle because, in lots of cases, you need to deal with others to get what you want. It’s clear to me that people with strong people skills get much farther in life. What are your strategies for managing this personality type?
