What about the rest of my day?

I’ve been very successful at planning my days 24 hours in advance in the last month. I get so much more work done now and I finally feel I’m on the right track for a raise and probably a better position. I’ve been following up on every single thing marked on my calendar and I’m so happy about it. The issue is when I finish working. I usually don’t know what to do with the rest of my day. I take out my dog, sometimes clean the house but most days I end up going through social media all day or over eating. I also feel bad because I think I should be doing something productive and sometimes I even add an extra hour of two of work at the end of my day. How can I let myself enjoy my free time but also use the time productively?
