Hello , coaches , need guidance – been in Scholars for over a year – love every moment of it – but I still not where I would love to be on overeating ( gained 10 lbs back ), and my relationships with immediate family ( husband , work in progress ) and my daughter – no close relationships, huge manual for her and lots of self blame . I want these things to be my priorities , but at the same time keep up with current monthly classes .
What am I not doing ? Not deciding on purpose what is the most important? But everything is . How can I structure my scholars learning , so I can truly organically feel differently and progress ? Thank you
