What are the circumstances here?

A fried chicken restaurant moved in next door to my condo building. When I get home, all I can smell is fried chicken grease in my garage, my stairwell and the hallway. It’s so disgusting I feel nauseous and nearly gag some days. I think about how I wont be able to open my windows all year because of the smell and feel angry and frustrated and sad. On one hand, I also feel powerless because there’s nothing I can do about the smell (tried talking to owner, other neighbors, city – nothing anyone can or will do about it). But on the other hand, I could sell my condo and move. Is that changing my circumstances to feel better? Should I try to find coming home to a greasy fried chicken smell as neutral? As a vegan, that seems difficult but maybe not impossible. What do you think?
