I selected the “Stop Overeating” section from the weight loss section of the study vault. One of the first items is to download the stop overeating workbook, which I did. Then I started listening to the audio version of the book “If I’m so smart, why can’t I lose weight….” I listen to it whenever I get on my elliptical. I am also listening to and watching the video series….I am currently on episode 7. At what point do I start using the workbook? I’m not sure how to align it to the materials I am currently going through.
