What do I do when eating?


So, I realized I have a ritual of eating and watching Netflix or consuming an audiobook when eating. I want to get clear on alternative ways to eat when eating alone, during the work day.

I am using Netflix or audiobook as the excitement and a buffer at the same time because I don’t want to just sit with my food.

I know eating and making sure I am relaxed is important for the parasympathetic, so I don’t work and eat.

Does Brooke have thought’s on the best ways to eat? Just sit there and eat and think?
