What do I do with my intentional model?

New scholar here. I am doing the homework regularly and am finding it insightful. However, I am not quite sure what to *do* with my intentional model. I think part of my issue is that I tend to have recurring Feelings, but the driving Thought seems to change. So, I feel like my brain is trying to trick me by finding new negative thoughts to drive the same old indulgent emotion. Do I keep doing new models (it feels like i could do 20 per day!)? Do I try to repeat an intentional thought like a mantra, even if it seems a bit contrived? Appreciate guidance on what I am supposed to do once I have an intentional model outlined, please.
