What do you put in the C Line when it’s a physical symptom that’s stress related?

I’m unclear how to do the C line. A knot in my stomach is an internal physical experience, not something everyone can agree on.

I think it’s about having recently dropped a lot of limiting thoughts and beliefs that I’ve felt defined by. Without them, I think an instinctual part of me feels lost and afraid. Any tips. See model below.
