Okay, so it’s Friday and I just watched the Monday Hour One coaching call this week with Katie. I know that she was saying that it’s like a high five to yourself for what you’ve accomplished, but what does that look like? You go over your schedule for the week, decide what your accomplishments were and what you still need to work on. Do you write them down in a journal? Make a list? Just wondering what it looks like on paper or if you even have a specific place to document your Friday Hour Done. Thanks for your help!
