Today, in the evening, when I reflect what happened yesterday, I could not find anything, which was not great. When I typed this question, I paid special attention to “great”. What if something I was not excited about, or a bit resistant, could I type those things there?
Another question, could we write it down at the night before sleep to reflect what was great today, and wasnot great, instead of doing it one day after it happened ? Sometimes, I forgot which was not great.
