Hi just wondering What is a Joy eat. I just did my protocol and do not know exactly what a joy eat is? Could a joy eat be Thanksgiving dinner? Or just the Pumpkin pie from Thanksgiving dinner. I live in Canada and next weekend is Thanksgiving. Or where can I find more info on how to plan a Joy eat. Thanks for your help. Astrid Carreras
