What is a positive thought that will take me from feeling "content" to feeling "happy"


Hi Brooke:
I noticed that my “baseline” is feeling “Content”. I want to feel “Happy”. Sometimes, I feel empowered, and passionate, and that feels good!
I would like to have a thought tat takes me from “Content” to “Happy”. Can you share one? Or, do I need to define what “Happy” is for me?
Also, what’s is the difference between imagining a better future, and anticipating good feelings without having expectations?
