What is self coaching?


I’ve been in the program for two months and understand the model. I love the idea of being able to coach myself. But, I’m feeling a bit directionless still, and wondering how to be a better coach to myself. Is it just doing models? How do I progress with laddering thoughts? Do I just pause daily to tell myself new thoughts?

I understand there’s no perfect way to do it, but would like a bit more clarity on the goal of being my own best coach.
