What is the step following a new thought that will get me the feeling I want?


C – In-laws watching kids so I can go to mass and then immediately after we are going to parents house for lunch
T – My in-laws will be hurt that we used them for babysitting and then don’t spend time with them
F – Anxious about hurting them
A – Dwell on it
R – Stress eat

I want to feel at peace and I think my new thought is: It’s not up to me to decide how others feel. Now how do I believe this?
