I’ve read January’s book and watched both videos. This is going to be a great month.
The phases of self coaching are interesting. I teach the model regularly to clients and I think in models. I see the model everywhere in my day, and I see it in others. BUT, I do not have a great thought download practice. Instead of doing them daily, I tend to do them only when I need to – when I feel like I have to unload negativity and do some models.
I feel like my understanding of the concepts is firmly in phase 5…but does my lack of commitment to doing the actually work mean I’m not in phase 5? I’m curious about your thoughts on this.
