What to do with down time?

Curious if Brooke would be willing to share about how she spends her abundant time off. I suspect she’s not watching Netflix and eating bonbons. 🙂 I sometimes wonder whether I should add more structure to my time off, though it seems good sometimes to just allow space on the calendar. I often spend unstructured weekend time reading and sleeping, but now I am wondering: am I using these things to buffer? They definitely feel like a little escape from the rest of my busy life. What are some questions to help identify whether an activity is buffering vs. just legitimate rest and recovery? Would love to get some insight on this.
