I’ve committed to stop, not cut back on wine. Sucessfully abstained two days of wine o’clock. Noticed how I felt the urge as I got closer to home and when I pulled in the drive and it got worse. I laughed myself to be honest. I was like, WHAT!!! I’m a dog! I’ve committed before and went 6 weeks but fell back over the holidays. I’ve got a new sense of determination this time and am confident it can be done. After all, I’ve done it before, right?
I drink water all day at work so I’m looking for other things other than club soda to drink at night when I get home. I like Crystal Light ok but was wondering your thoughts on those artificial sweeteners vs. drinking fruit juice with some club soda? I’m not a diet soda person.
