What would you do?


I have a weight coaching client who needs to lose a lot of weight, and for the most part committed to losing weight. However, she still eats bread, and overeats. She says that she does it mindfully. I tell her that she won’t see results if she continues to eat that way. She knows all the information about food/ nutrition/ etc. She does get frustrated when her scale moves in the wrong direction… I am holding space for her, with gentle reminders about flour, sugar, food amounts. What else, if anything, should I do to help her make better decisions?
