LOVING the stop overeating program. So many aha moments.
I see nut butters on the list of good fats, and that’s one I’m so apt to overeat, or at least that’s true for peanut butter. I don’t crave almond butter in the same way. Is it the sugar they add to many brands? I do better with unsweetened pb, but even that is risky for me. It calls to me from the fridge. I know it’s a hugely common problem food for many. I’m just curious whether you have an opinion on why that is.
