Why is it that on days I want to do eat even better and exercise, I end up eating MORE and doing everything wrong–like I am sabotaging my efforts?? I am not usually like that! Even if I notice that I am doing it, I seem to continue and cannot stop on that day. It’s like someone else takes over my mind! I gained 80 lbs when I developed a thyroid issue about 6 years ago, and have been unable to lose the weight. I am committed to losing a chunk of it this school year, but cannot seem to. What am I doing wrong?
