What’s your take on “raising your frequency/energy”??

I was just listening to your podcast with Jess Lively and then found another that was intiriguing where she talked about working less because you raise your frequency/energy and by king this, actually accomplish more.

She never mentioned HOW someone would do that though.

It sounds like energy is a feeling, so is it simple a matter of creating and managing our thoughts to get a feeling of accomplishment before we start our work?
