When can I expect to see results in terms of weight?


I started the stop overeating process. I’ve had no sugar, flour, or alcohol for a week. The withdrawal sensation is not too bad and I have been able to allow the urge and continue crossing the river of misery.

But I was expecting to see results on the scale after a week. I have not lost weight. It oscillates around the same number, even climbing a bit sometimes. How long can I expect to wait until I start dropping weight? Is it months to get fat adapted and start losing weight? Or does it mean the protocol I defined is not properly adapted to my needs? After how long without losing weight should I conclude that I need to modify it?
