On the live call this week I really resonated with the woman who Brooke suggested therapy to. I am struggling with deep self-hate that is pretty much sabotaging my goals. While I’m also in agreement that most therapy isn’t helpful to me, I do have access to some tools and resources around trauma and somatic processing.
What I’m wondering right now is if I can let go of scholars work and justify the expense while seeking help in the other areas. I am already spending more than I make and I’ve been hoping to use scholars work to stop this. But is scholars not enough when you can’t get past the self-hate?
