I recently joined Scholars after years of listening to the podcast, specifically for weight loss. I had results before but now diving into Scholars I feel a new sense of commitment and motivation. I have always struggled with my weight and want to be at my natural weight. My spouse doesn’t think I am over weight and keeps saying things like, “you can eat whatever you want, just have it in moderation” or “you gotta live and not be so restrictive” which doesn’t help when it is already so hard at times to stay on protocol. I also have three teenagers who are addicted to sugar and yell at me that there is no food in the house! How do I stay strong while my whole family is not on the same path?
