When you know you’re ready to leave a job

I work in a role with a lot of deadlines. It’s a multi six-figure corporate job which allows me to live comfortably and I’m very grateful for it. In the past, I used to hate the duties, but now I’m neutral to slightly positive about them, which is a huge difference about how I used to feel about this job. Now that I’m clear on the fact that I like this job (don’t love it), find it truly engaging sometimes (but not usually), that I like the duties enough (but don’t feel turned on by them), that I’m ready to leave and look for something else that I will like more than this job. If I’m happy in the current role, but am looking for more, have I really done all the work that I need to do in order to leave this job?
