Where are the #2s?


Hi Brooke,

In going through the Homework, I noticed that I am grouping my emotions into 1 (want to feel) and 3 (indulgent). In looking back over the last couple of weeks, I am not finding any 2s (need to feel). When I think about it objectively, there have to be 2s. And I am betting that is where a lot of the unconscious buffering happens for me – that grey area of sometimes “life is ass.” So how can I go deeper? Or, is this part of it. Get through the 1s and 3s and as I work through, I’ll find my 2s?
