Where do I start?


I am just beginning in scholars and have a few areas I want to work on. Stopping buffering, losing weight, improving my relationship with my husband and gaining more self confidence. I love the topic for the month of October, however, I think I need to jump in with one of my main issues. Do I have to follow this months topic or can I start with learning how to stop buffering? I feel if I start there then everything else will fall into place easier. Can I sign up for a coaching call that is related to buffering instead of this months topic? Thank you in advance. I’m so happy to be here, just a little overwhelmed.
