I can’t find the ‘written word’ on what to specifically do with protocol, or 100 urges, or ‘joy meal’ info. I am trying to find out more about these…so I can stay within your guidance you’ve given. I am currently on #50 Stop Overeating…. I love love everything that you’ve said. Things are clicking, I am needing to implement and don’t feel clear answers. I have not had flour or sugar since Thanksgiving. I am trying to figure out if I can plan a joy eat moment on Christmas day. I am 3 pounds away from my goal weight. I am doing this more for empathy for my clients. BUT, I totally see the value in doing this work myself.
I made my own 100 urges worksheet, I have not had any ‘fails’ thus far. I am committed. I can ‘not’ do a joy eat on Christmas day, I am prepared to do that. I have done it before. Just wanted to find out more details so I have all the info I need to be successful with your suggestions. Thanks. Merry Christmas.
