Where should I start?

Hello! I am brand new to Scholars and very excited to be here. The last few weeks I have had difficulty focusing and feel very scattered. I’ve had low level anxiety most of my life, but with coaching and other programs I have been through, I have made great progress in that area. However, with all the uncertainty of the pandemic, I feel more anxious then I have been in a while. I can’t even focus enough to make a simple to do list. I have multiple books started. I’m inconsistent with exercise and nutrition. My thinking is unchecked and I am believing stories in my head. It feels like a lot of the gains I’ve made over the last few years are slipping away. I just feel all over the place. I am trying to decide what program/topic/class I should start with in Self Coaching Scholars. I appreciate any guidance you can offer. Thank you!
