Where to start

Hi Brooke, I just joined the self coaching scholars. I joined the program because I know what I struggle with most is going from understanding the concept (easy) to applying it in my life and creating actions and results. I realized I was doing a lot of “passive action” and not making it to “massive action”. Do you have any advice for how best to start applying the model out of the gate? Also, I am torn between focusing first on overeating and exercise or first on getting on top of studying/work commitments. Where do you recommend I start? Thank you!
