Where to start


My mind is doing exactly what Brooke talked about in a recent coaching call – I want to work on self love, being deserving of my up coming wedding, eating better, and having better relationships. I want to work on self love, but I’m confused on the “how”. I know as long as I pick one thing, it will carry over to the other areas of my life. Could I start with weight since there’s a step by step process and then that will eventually carry over the other parts of my life? Out of all of these, is there one you would direct a student to more? Thank you!
