Where to start first in program to avoid consuming and not creating?

I am new in the program and I am overwhelmed about where and how to start it.

I want to build a business in coaching but my last one failed even though I was very successful in my career before. But I failed and that was my baby. I still have phases of grief, sadness, I am not enough phase. But I am at the same time confident when I am doing coaching and even public speaking. Recently I had an event where I was introducing Psychology students to Health Coaching and it was a mind blowing experience.

What do you suggest where to start first? Mind management or feeling management? I already did time management and I don’t have time with that. My first 1:1 coaching is next week. But I have a problem with consumption and not creation. I am stuck.
