Where to start first


I’ve been lying around for the last few days and I would rather not be.
I’m having lots of feelings caused by lots of thoughts.
When I go to do a model for awareness I get overwhelmed because there’s about 5 different feelings and even more thoughts here that are causing me the result of lying around.
Do I do 5 or more models? I’m guessing no because this is causing more overwhelm.
In this case, where do I start first? Thank you.
