Which problem to focus on?

I want to change my drinking and I want to lose weight. The thing is I want to follow the program of Stop overdrinking and thus make a drink plan, what’s preventing me is that my husband wants me to stop drinking now, all together. I did many programs before and has stopped but then I get resentful and start up again. I used to drink a bottle of wine a night but since realized that I really feel much better not drinking the nights that I work the next day. If I take my husband out of the equation, I would start off planning to drink 2 5oz glasses of wine on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and some Fridays, when I do work the next day. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, I would drink 3 5 oz wine. If I decided to do this, my husband will be very upset and the tension in the house is what I’m worried about.
