Which Self-Confidence Program?


Hi Coach,

I want to devote the moth of September to improving my self-confidence/self-esteem.

There are some programs (How to Enjoy Being You / Self-Confidence / Your Thoughts about You…) in the Study Vault and I appreciate your insight on whether there’s a recommended sequence to follow.

I’m planning to do them all anyway, but if you can help on which one would be the better to start with, probably something on how to increase my awareness about my current self-confidence/self-esteem.
