Who am I becoming – workbook/resources?

I just listened to Podcast 231 – Who are you becoming and 232 – the Aligned model — and both inspired me!

One of the things Brooke mentioned is that we “need to do the daily work” – are there resources in the Vault (or elsewhere) to help me figure out what that is?

Is she referring to the daily practice of my new “script”? Or practicing new thoughts?

I’d appreciate any suggestions on how to put the “script” on paper, and then to work this into my daily life. Is there a workbook?
