This is a sincere question, I would like to understand how thought work fits in with the decisions we make in life and trying to understand the essence of self coaching.
If it’s thoughts and not circumstances that determine how one feels, why move to a new house or buy new furniture, if the current situation is workable?
If I feel irresponsible not earning an income why would I choose to work for money versus just doing thought work to feel better?
What directs one’s decision making if experiencing satisfaction in life is the intention?
