I am trying to figure out what to do after I allow an emotion (in this case the feeling is resentment). I’m trying not to indulge in terms of paying attention to the sentences in my head and thinking about how I’ve been wronged, etc. and instead just being aware of how feeling resentment feels in my body. But once I’ve processed that for a bit, and it starts to subside, what do I do next? Thank you!
