Why does Brooke often says: "Just decide"?

Decisions belongs to the action line in the model, right?
I’ve sometimes heard Brooke say to clients (also in one of the last coaching calls): “Just decide”, “Just make a decision”.
But isn’t it like telling to someone who can’t stop overeating: “Just stop overeating!” ?
And also I don’t understand the sentence “There are no right or wrong decisions”. I can agree that there are no absolutely right or wrong decision. One decision can’t be right or wrong for everyone. But the decisions are right or wrong for one person based on the fact that are aligned or not with the result the person want. And in the end isn’t it all about getting the results we want in coaching?
