I have been with Scholars for 6 months now. I haven’t lost one pound. BUT, I have stopped drinking wine with no problem. (almost 2 months now). I was very much a wine “over drinker” for many, many years and I do not miss it at all. THAT is amazing. How can I get to NOT desiring food the same way. What am I missing here? Why can’t I NOT desire the cupcake?
