Why haven’t you committed?

I am listening to Rachel Hart’s class “why haven’t you committed yet? under the advanced diamond trainings. Is there other training materials or video’s that you would recommend to go along with this that I can listen to or utilized while working on this?
I have been in scholars for awhile now. In the very beginning I did a lot of the work but have turned into a consumer and have not been doing the work.
I am wanting to commit to getting regular movement into my week (4 to 5 times per week) and also start doing the work in scholars weekly.
I have signed up for a 40 minute call and am going listening to the beginners call again!
