i’m curious… with the no-flour-no-sugar suggestion in the stop overeating program, i get the no sugar part. but why is all flour suggested to be off limits (including whole wheat flour)? is this for the sake of simplicity? or is there a specific health reason?
i’m curious because i get the harm that white flour is, but white rice is processed similarly in our bodies right (insulin increase)? but white rice isn’t off limits. i’m just trying to understand more 🙂 thanks!
