Whenever I watch you coach others, I always think, “Will I ever be able to coach someone like that?” When I try and guess what you will say to someone when you are coaching them I rarely come up with the answer or the guidance that you give. But I want to. Can you tell me 1) What did you do to get here? Did you basically read tons of books and learn all you are teaching and then apply it to your life? Because I’ve been in scholar for 8 months now and still don’t feel anywhere near where you’re at. 2) How long did it take before you felt like, “I’m totally getting this”?
