I’ve heard you state that you are willing to feel anything, even in you lost your business or your children died. I feel like you make that statement lightly, as if experiencing those situations would be easy for you. Is this the case? How do you get to that place mentally, in an honest way? When I think of loss I feel fear for sure, especially regarding my children. I would love to be confident about handling my emotion. Do you have any advise?
